We believe that all people deserve access to quality vision care – those who have our benefits and those who don’t – that’s why our work with OneSight is so important to who we are and what we stand for. We’re proud to support OneSight, a nonprofit providing access to quality vision care and eyewear in underserved communities worldwide. Since 1988, OneSight has helped more than 8.5 million people in 40 countries, and they are building sustainable vision centers to provide permanent access to care in West Africa and in North America.
Our roots run deep. Each year, EyeMed associates travel the globe to volunteer their skills and expertise to staff OneSight’s charitable and sustainable programs. In 2011, we supported the creation of EyeLeen, the OneSight Vision Van, a rolling vision center. As the 2014 presenting sponsor of OneSight Vision Van program, we’re teaming up and taking our vision care expertise on the road to deliver care to children across North America.
Our business clients also share in our passion by getting involved in eyewear collection drives. The funds OneSight receives for the recycled materials benefit OneSight programs, and the earth, by keeping it beautiful.
